Mary Here at the Lift of Lake Mary
we offer several convenient services including personal
training, endurance and sports specific programs as well as
flexibility and strength training.
Specialized programs are offered for beginners,
athletes, children and seniors, as well as those with medical
conditions and injuries.
Owner, Eric Dendy, has been a personal trainer
in the Lake Mary area for over 17 years. He opened the studio
in 2002 with one goal in mind, to offer the highest level
of service while promoting an atmosphere that encourages the
clients to reach their highest potential. All of the trainers
create varying routines so that the sessions are always original,
creative, and designed to meet the client’s goals. By
working closely with clients and attending continuing education
seminars, the trainers are always learning about fitness.
Most clients attend two to three times per week for one-hour
training sessions. To achieve the best overall results, clients
are encouraged to do their cardiovascular workout before or
after their session. This allows the full 60 minutes to be
devoted to the one-on-one service that Lift believes is an
important key to fitness success.
