As a mother of two young children, the majority of my time has been focused on my girls.  I realized that in order to be a better mom, it was necessary to reclaim some of myself and focus on my health.  I wanted someone to kick me in the butt and hold me accountable.  I found exactly what I needed at Lift.  The non-intimidating environment allows me to focus and get the most out of my workouts.  There are never more than four clients training at one time, and this atmosphere means I always get my trainer's personalized, undivided attention.

I have been training with Eric for 8 months now. Even from our first consultation, I knew he could understand my needs.  There was absolutely no sales pressure. In fact, I felt I needed him more than he needed my business! When I workout with Eric, I know I'm doing the exercises the right way every time. He also holds me accountable on a weekly basis, as well as takes the time to call to check up on my progress. It's obvious that Eric genuinely cares about me reaching my goals as much as I do.  He listened to me to help me identify my goals, and has taken a personal approach to help me achieve them.
